Hi there,
I'm looking for a new roommate for my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the West Side in the Mar Vista area. The monthly rate is $1400. This includes utilities, high speed internet, a furnished room with a king size bed, dresser and nightstand. The unit is available to move in as soon as someone is ready.
About the apartment:
It's fantastic. I have lived here for 5 years and call this place home. The apartment is east west facing so it has lots of natural light. It's spacious, quiet and in a great area. You're steps from Starbucks, Whole Foods, Chipotle, a dive bar, deli and smoothie shop. Ralphs is just down the street as is Santa Monica City park near the Santa Monica Airport. It's freeway adjacent and makes it easy to get on the 10 or 405 and head to other parts of LA. There is a bus stop for the #8 Big Blue Bus right outside and the Metro is a 10min walk north to the Bundy Station. There is ample street parking in the area.
