I own a 2 story, 3 bedroom house. There's an open kitchen/living room downstairs with a bathroom, backyard patio and garage attached to the kitchen. Upstairs, my son and I share a bedroom/bathroom, and down the hallway is the laundry room, other bathroom (which would be private) and two spare bedrooms, one of which I'm trying to rent out. I'm part of an HOA, so the community looks really nice and is well maintained. On summer nights, you can hear music from the concerts that perform at Ak Chin Pavilion across the complex.
