Hi, I have a nice comfortable Room For Rent in a spacious Two Bedroom Apartment, smack dab in the middle of Tinsel Town Hollywood California @ just $955 a month, Plus a $1100 deposit, on a month to month basis. For a Move In Date Of October 1st of this year, or sooner. The room may quite possibly be readily available before such time much sooner in fact. The apt. Is central to EVERYTHING, a block away from the Fonda Theatre, The Vanguard, The Palladium, Pantages Theatre, Florentine Gardens and the W Hotel on Vine, where the Redline subway is located which connects to every major metro rail or bus line. The apt. has a view directly in line with the Hollywood Sign. Half a block up from the Wall of Fame, Pep Boys The Trader Joes, Mega Walgreens, every major pharmacy, tons of restaurants, Banks, Arclight Theatre, LA Fitness, Denny's & a Car Wash are located just 2 blocks away. The mall is one train stop away, Home Depot & Ross one stop away & Target/Best Buy are biking distance away or short bus ride. Needless to say, we are centrally located around any convenience or pleasure you can think of.
First months Rent and Deposit would be due before or on date of Move In. I am looking for a nice, responsible, Clean, Friendly & Gainfully Employed roommate to take the room my current one is moving out of. Someone who has a busy schedule and doesn't spend much time at the apartment would be preferable. I have to see Proof of Employment or means of providing Rent & Bills Every Month by the 3rd of every month, before move in. I also need one or two references from people you lived with before. As long as you have Rent &Bills in full when due, clean after yourself, mutually participate in household area chores And have a trustworthy, reasonable, non aggressive & over all positive disposition & attitude, I'm sure we will get along famously. I my self am a Musician, Artist/tattooist & graphic designer who works from home. I also do work as a product tester for gaming companies For extra money. My other roommate, Amber is my partner. She works for a subsidiary of UPS. We are both disabled. Any smoking is done outside. I'm looking for someone who is laid back, easy to get along with, Responsibly pays dues on Time, understands the nature of living in a Roommate situation & shows the ability to be reasonable and willing to co-operate to achieve a copacetic & comfortable environment for every one. I'd like to move in someone who is around the same age as we are give or take five or ten years. So someone in their late 20’s, 30’s or early 40’s preferable. Be respectful, clean and do your part to keep the shared areas stocked and clean. Don’t be crazy, violent, dishonest or steal and we’ll have no problems. Anyhow so to sum it up. As Long as you have a good attitude, have a healthy schedule with work and/or school, Pay Rent and bills in a prompt & timely manner, keep the shared living areas clean on a rotating basis, be a a team player with a mild & good vibe, We'll be Smooth Sails with clear skies all the time. Craigslist is full of nuts and I don't like to find out someone is nuts AFTER they already know where I live and been inside my apartment. I'm a little more cautious that way.
