I have a room opening up mid-Feb/March 1st in my beautiful two bedroom, rent-controlled apartment on a quiet, tree-lined street in Beverly Hills! The place has a bay window and a balcony unit that overlooks a secluded courtyard with fruit trees, a fireplace, plus an in-unit washer/dryer. The apartment is already furnished in all the common areas, you’d just need to bring bedroom furniture. We're in walking distance of so many shops, grocery stores, restaurants, plus the Troubadour and the Santa Monica greenway. We'd share the bathroom, HOWEVER I have a dressing area/vanity in my bedroom so I only use the bathroom for the essentials. As much I love animals, our landlord doesn't allow pets.

As for me, I'm 29 and an executive assistant in the entertainment industry. I've lived on this street for 7.5 years and couldn't imagine being anywhere else! I'm tidy, courteous, active, and though I'm quite social, I tend to keep it chill when I'm home. I love reading, writing, and watching the latest hit show or movie. I'd love to live with another vaccinated professional who is about my age, and while I've only lived with other women, would be open to a queer roomie as well!
