Hi! I'm Brooke, and I'm an EMT! Prior to the pandemic, I attended martial arts classes (mostly Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu) and enjoyed playing DnD with my friends. I've taken many precautions to ensure I'm limiting my exposure to others during the pandemic, however, and I'm hoping to find roommates who are doing the same!
I'm looking for two roommates to take over my old roommates' spot on our lease. I live in a 2bed/2bath in Fullerton. The master bedroom with attached bath is opening up, and it would be perfect for a couple or maybe for two friends looking to share the room! The monthly rent is $1250 before utilities. Our lease is up on June 28, and we have the option to switch to a month-to-month tenancy at that time. I'm planning on moving out when the lease is up, but you could always sign another lease if you find a roommate to replace me!
Our building is pet friendly, and we have laundry on site. Parking can be a little tricky, as we've only got one assigned carport per unit, one parking pass for first come, first serve parking in the complex, and a third roommate or any guests must park on the street.

Master Bedroom in 2bed/2bath Apartment (Fullerton)
I'm looking for two roommates to move into the master bedroom with private bathroom in my 2bed/2bath apartment. This would be perfect for a couple, or even two friends looking to share the room. Rent would be $625 per person before utilities. Move in is ASAP! The room is available now, and I'm hoping to find roommates willing to move in by the first of the month, but I can be flexible.
You would be taking over my roommates' spot on the lease and will need to apply with our leasing office. There's a $44 application fee, and property management has let me know that the rent could increase by up to 4% when we re sign the lease. No security deposit. Our lease is up on June 28, and I'm planning on moving at that time. However, you could always re sign if you find a roommate to replace me!
Laundry is on site. The complex has a pool and hot tub. We have one assigned carport per unit, one parking pass for first come, first serve parking in the complex, and a third roommate or any guests must park on the street.
I don't have any pets, but if you plan on bringing any furry friends with you, I'd welcome them! We are allowed up to 2 pets in the unit.
