Large bedroom available in an amazing 2 bedroom apartment. I've been in this great apartment for 5yrs. My current roommate is relocating for work and I am moving but with flexibility... you will have the option to take over the lease with the management company if you are interested.

You really just need your bedroom stuff as the rest of the apartment is furnished; willing to redecorate common areas. Utilities are split month to month; we can discuss other things like wifi, cable, etc,. Within 5mins of subway, food store, fresh fruit stand and 24hr Rite-Aid, laundry, restaurants, bars and anything else you could want.
I have a cat, sorry he doesn't like other animals but he is a good buddy. This is a no dog building but all pets are welcome for visits as long as we discuss with eathother.
A little about me: I work in mid-town normal business hours. I do not have parties. A friend or 2 will come over occasionally. I am a smoker. Feel free to ask me anything you would like to know!!
