Here goes my apartment pitch search for one new roommate, but will all the information you need.

Beautiful first floor/unit 1 apartment with spacious living room and kitchen. Kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Kitchen floors were renovated, new kitchen faucet and the landlord plans to redo the hallway floors. There is also washer and dryer in the apartment.

One medium sized bedroom available before March 31st, 2020 (when the new lease has to be signed). The bedroom available is found close to the front of the apartment. The bedroom has a nice sized closet. Please note that individuals who occupy the front and middle bedrooms will have to share the bathroom located at the front of the apartment.

If you have a car each unit of the building (which has 3 units) has a parking spot in the back. Both garbage and NEW recycling bin available for unit. Pet friendly, no fee attached!

The apartment is nice and secure. The area is super great and safe! 52 - California/Kedzie and 66 - Chicago bus stops nearby.

Please note that utilities are not included in the bedroom rent. The bedroom by itself is $492. Utilities are paid separately, which are electricity, heat and internet. They round up to $100 each month & this is why I totaled the rent including utilities to $600 each month.

Both an application and credit check would have to be completed, and security deposit paid to the landlord. The new lease would have to be signed before Tuesday, March 31st and first month’s rent due on April 1st. The lease is for a year from March 31st, 2020 to April 1st, 2021. Btw if you have chase the landlord accepts direct deposits via chase quickpay.

ALSO if you do want to move in before March 31st, before the new lease has to be signed please let me know so we can further discuss those details 😊
