My friend and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to move into an apartment by June 1st. We're both looking to find an affordable place in Brooklyn (preferably Sunset Park) or Astoria. We are both WOC and in our mid 20's. She is from NYC and I am from CA. We are both open-minded people and hope to find a fellow lady roommate who is as well! Me: I work a 9-5 job so I will be away most of the day. When I'm home, I usually spend most of my time in my room. I like to cook here and there and working out when possible. I love a clean kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas. I love the occasional get together at my place. Ideal rent for a room is $800

Itzel: She's not usually in her apartment, but when she is she is also spending time in her room. She also likes cleanliness in shared common areas, the occasional get together, and a goodnight's uninterrupted sleep. Ideal rent for a room is between $800-$1100.
