Spacious, Private Apartment in Amazing Location

I have a room available in my beloved Hollywood neighborhood townhouse-style apartment. It was built in the 40s and has lots of vintage charm but has recently updated electrical and plumbing. All of the walls are thick plaster so there is great sound insulation. The two bedrooms are very separate, on different floors and across the apartment from each other. Your room would be downstairs, right next to the shared full bath and near the front door; mine is upstairs with a half bath. Large living room and decent sized kitchen.

I'm a busy person, very social, work full time and am very involved in the kink scene, so I'm not home a lot. I have a fairly standard 9-5 M-F work schedule. I have a dog that lives with me every other month, shared with an ex. There's a rope space in the living room but otherwise my kink stuff stays upstairs. Vintage hardwoods everywhere but the kitchen.

The room is painted forest green, has 3 big windows, a vintage chandelier, and a decent sized closet with little built ins. You share a wall with the bathroom; when it was my room I felt that any noises from the shower were largely unnoticeable.

There is a washer dryer in the shared basement next door, along with a large storage unit you're welcome to share with me. The apartment has lots of storage and light. High ceilings and beautiful windows. I love this space!
