My company is relocating me to New York and I’m looking for space either in Brooklyn or Queens, in a nice family-friendly neighborhood, convenient to transit, bars, and restaurants. I would prefer to live in a building with an elevator, or just a short flight of stairs. My budget is $1200 or less, and I would like to move on August 1st.
