I work from home for a skincare company, so I'm home majority of the week. I have friends that live close by that I like to spend time with, and I like to take my dog to the dog park a couple time a week to get out of the house. I stay on top of the dishes and try to keep common areas clean, while my bedroom can be a mess. I don't usually have people over, but I know how to host a great party when the occasion calls for it.
I just got out of a long term relationship, and I hope to find a great roommate!

I have a fully furnished bedroom with queen sized bed and dresser (can be decorated or not) available to rent starting May 1st. I have two dogs and a cat so whoever moves in needs to be good with animals. There may also be times I'll need help with pet sitting for when I go out of town on occasion.
Washer and dryer on second level, private bathroom, monthly cleaning service comes to deep clean.
I hope to find someone who is friendly, quiet, and clean. Mostly I hope to find a roommate I can trust to be around my pets and in my home. References appreciated.
