Cassie C - $550/month

I am a young professional who moved here with Alex from Florida. I am a bit messy (Think forgot my laundry in the washer, or leaving my dishes until the next day, or not putting my shoes on the rack not mold/bugs/etc). I do my best to be a good roommate but if you are a "Spotless we don't live in our house" kind of person we may not make good roommates for each other.:)

Alex is a homemaker and veteran. He isn't super social, but is a good house guest. Cleans up after himself. A fantastic cook.

Jim is his extremely nervous cat. He will eventually warm up to you and dictate your bedtime by sitting between your face and your phone if he thinks its time. He isn't very smart though, and may determine this is 2pm. Otherwise harmless and not known to cause widespread claw damage. He is not dog tolerant, so unfortunately cat only. Landlord charges additional pet rent (50$) per critter so keep that in mind.
