Room for Rent in Luxury High Rise on Yonge-Eglinton

Renting out a private room in a luxury condo in the heart of Midtown Toronto (Yonge and Eglinton) on the 56th floor (out of 58, due to the height there is very little noise from construction), less than 5 min walk to Metro, Farm Boy and Loblaws with lots good eats and entertainment nearby. The condo is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with an en suite washer and dryer and furnished common space. Utilities will be split equally (internet is included). Condo has southern exposure so there’s a lot of natural sunlight as well.

The room is unfurnished and the roomie will have a private bathroom and access to all condo amenities (gym, indoor pool, terrace, yoga room, party room, etc) Steps away from the TTC (1-2 min walk) and a super short commute to downtown (usually less than 20mins for me during rush). Room is available for Jan 1, 2023 but early after Christmas and before New Years is possible!

Needed:
-First and last months rent as deposit
-No pets or couples/pairs (renting to one individual only)
-Proof of income and references
-Credit report (no more than 30 days old)
