Live in home-owner (Eric, 31)
There are two bedrooms available for 900 a month each room.
The rooms becoming available December 15.
The house is currently occupied by me, the 2 women who are finishing out their current lease, and my girlfriend who does not live there but is there frequently.
It is a clean, kind, and creative household. I am a musician and have many instruments, but I keep it quiet at nighttime. I am a very meditative person and I hope to make the living space feel calm and welcoming.
