Looking for a kind/emotionally intelligent/communicative/organized roommate to potentially join me in applying for this 2bedroom/1 bath apartment (or a few others) in Haight Ashbury for a mid-April move-in. Ideally looking for someone who is looking for something a little longer term but happy to discuss if a sublet situation for a shorter term to start might make more sense.

Rent for this spot: $1550 per person, and utlities: we pay for PGE and internet. All rooms have beautiful bay windows, amazing light, and complete renovations done to bathroom/kitchen.

Ideally looking for someone in early thirties (but late twenties to mid thirties is great), poc friendly, who cares about creating an intentional warm environment where we can have both alone time and also friendly chats or dinners here and there. Looking for someone who is kind, communicative, enjoys both alone time and time with friends (small gatherings), and is responsible/organized. A little bit about me: 31-F, work in the healthcare space, ambiverted, loves to go on long walks, host small gatherings, write, paint, and dance.
