The largest room in our duplex is available for an individual or couple, and we have an additional smaller room that could be converted to a sixth bedroom. Three floors (each with full bathroom) plus finished basement. The total rent per month is $3900 split either 5 or 6 ways. House includes front porch, rear decks, backyard, lots of storage space, a decent home gym, off-street parking spot, kitchen (with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and 2 fridges), and in-house laundry units (dryer costs $1 per use though, ridiculous I know). Fantastic location on quiet street right between Commonwealth Ave and Beacon St in South Brighton, pretty much anything you could want in walking distance. Available room is on second floor. Wood floors, high ceilings, painted last year, large window gives lots of natural light.
