I'm an early 30s Nonprofit tech professional looking for a Male Roommate for a 2B/2B in the east bay (preferably Berkeley or El-Cerrito). I'm hoping to find a roommate and move in between Oct 10th-Oct 18th.
I've already found some great options within the price range that I specified ($1700-$2300 including utilities & rent).
I'm bringing some new furniture (sofa, dining table) and many other shared appliances (blender, printer, 45 inch TV, Rice Cooker, etc)
I work from home 80% of the time and have 1 monogamous partner who would come over when she's in town + I often travel to go and see her.
I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs and like to host a monthly Gamenight/potluck with chill friends.
I don't have any pets and at this time am not looking to help "co-raise" a pet - though I do love dogs.

- Location in walking distance of a BART station
- Parking for my car
- In Unit Washer/Dryer
- Separate Bathrooms
- Good communication about guests coming over
