Two female professionals looking for third female roommate for 2000 sq ft houseshare centrally located in the Woodlands' Village of Cochran's Crossing. This is a very relaxed atmosphere, as I am the landlord/owner, and I do not live at the home. Located near the intersection of Lake Woodlands Drive & Gosling, within walking/biking distance of Hughes Landing, Market Street & Waterway. This listing is for the oversized master bedroom and private bathroom. The house is partially furnished, but the bedroom is not. Downstairs features travertine-style tile, upstairs features harwood flooring. You will have full access to the common areas of the house and yard. The house features three living areas, kitchen, dining room, breakfast room, linen closet, laundry room with washer and dryer, and half bath. Roommates share the cost of utilities which average about $80 per month each. Landscape maintenance twice a month is also included. We are looking for a clean/organized, respectful non-smoking female professional/student. No pets accepted at this time. $800 per month plus utilities, plus $800 deposit, one-year lease. Background check will be completed on all applicants.
