Hi there,

I'm Mary and I am planning on moving to NYC from Orange County in April. My ideal move-in date would be April 1.

I currently WFH at an ad agency, and am planning on keeping this job in NYC, but hoping to find something in fashion, which is my desired field.

I have had roommates all throughout college and have always been considerate, clean, low- maintenance and go with the flow type. I'm typically non-confrontational and try to avoid confrontation at all costs but will NOT be passive aggressive. Communication is the best policy!

All I ask is that we keep the apartment somewhat clean and are considerate of each other's schedules/spaces.

On weekends I like to go out to restaurants, bars and hang out with friends. I am a social drinker & like to have fun! 420 friendly so long as it's not inside the apartment.

I'd ideally love to be best friends with my roommate, or at least someone I can confide in during this huge cross-country move.
