I am a Dad to a 5 year old that lives in Memphis Tennessee, so once or twice a month i leave to be with her for a weekend . I’m looking for privacy and respect, as those are things i give out freely to those i live with. Also, i am an extremely clean person, and who I are likely to find me cleaning up mess on a whim, though i would like for those i live with to be in the habit of picking up after themselves. Uhhh , that’s pretty much it; my income varies which is why i am looking for a month-to-month situation, but i can afford the next few months as is.
