Hi! I’m currently looking for a roommate for a two bedroom two bath in the west village!

A bit about the apartment
It’s a first floor walk up right in the heart of the village! It’s $1,400 each a month for a two bedroom, two bath, with new kitchen & common space! The space gets amazing natural light. I’ve lived here since summer 2021 & absolutely love it. My roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend but I’m looking to stay! The lease begins May 1. It’s about a 4 minute walk to West Fourth station & 5 minutes to Houston station! It’s also right near west side highway, & across the street is a park. You seriously cannot beat this location.

Little bit about me & what I’m looking for

I am 23 & I work in morning news! I am looking for someone around the same age, & works in person, no WFH. I love to go out around the neighborhood, but also enjoy a wine night & staying in! I love the neighborhood so much. I don’t own any pets, & I would definitely want to be friends with my roommate! Please message me if interested!
