Will B - $1,000/month

My names Will. I'm 27 years old and have been living in the Denver area for 2 years now. I am looking for a new place and do not want to pay single bedroom prices. I am preferably looking for a spot in Littleton, Centennial (west of 25), or Englewood as I work in the southwest metro area.

I work an in-person 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday so I am gone during the day and spend most evenings at home. When I'm not at work I am usually meal prepping, working out, mountain biking or hiking. I spend most weekends in the mountains and do not party often but enjoy a few drinks every now and then.

I am looking to rent a room or basement from someone month to month but open to discussing 3 or 6 months terms. I plan on living here for at least another 12 months but enjoy not being tied down to a 12-15 month lease.
