Very friendly and conversational. I respect other's property. Good with communal stuff in the kitchen. I'm good with keeping common areas clean. My room will have its ups and downs in terms of putting stuff away. I'm finishing my 4-year degree at Art Center. I"m pretty busy with school projects and part-time work. I'm looking for a place to be my recovery zone and my reset. I do like to cook and prepare most of my meals. I'm up for making meals together. I do appreciate some structure or rules regarding what's shared and what's not shared stuff—mostly thinking of food items, cleaning supplies, and wash related stuff if there's a, dishwasher or washer-dryer.
