House is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a fairly large kitchen space. Household is quiet, respectful and clean. House is located in University Hills neighborhood close to light rail, shopping and only 5 miles south of downtown. I have lived here 9 years, and my previous tenant/roommate moved back to his home country of Brazil. I would really like to rent this room by July 2023.
