Hello ! Here are two american and one french (two guys and one girl) looking for a new roommate after my departure.

This is a room in a 3 floors house. The available bedroom is on the third floor, along with two other bedrooms. We share two bathrooms up there, each with shower and toilets.

The last bedroom is on the ground floor. There's an additional toilet there.

Buses depart right in front of the house for NY and it takes 20 min to go to Manhattan.

We have a washing machine + dryer. Kitchen is fully functional.

We maintain everything clean. Note that the roommate living on the ground floor has a dog. You won't see him much as we don't allow him to come up and he always stays in his room.

Contract is month to month.

Everyone is pleasant to live with, and the value for money is exceptional ! I've lived there for 18 months and would stay longer if I had not to go back to my home country ;)
