Great riverfront loft style condo available Match 1st. You will have your private bedroom and private bathroom. The apartment is furnished and the bedroom is partially furnished (if interested). We can discuss furniture arrangements.
It is super well located (right by I-95, 5 min drive to Brickell, 5 mins to downtown and 15 mins to Miami Beach. Close to Jackson Memorial Hospital). Publix is at walking distance.
Inside parking available, with pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, tennis court, bbq and little cafe inside the building.
Electricity we'd split and wifi is included. Washer/dryer inside the unit.
The condo association will do a background check, which will take approximately 2 weeks and is non-refundable.
