Roommates:
-Mateo, he/him, 20s. Clean, quiet, friendly and owns a sweet Kitty named Kiki. Looking to move but needs someone to take over his place on the lease.
Lease is for about a year.
Pet friendly.
Includes a yard, storage shed, laundry room, covered parking. Less than ten minutes away from the domain.
$1700 is the total rent for the entire place, it’s up to you and your roommates how you split it. ($850 split two ways, $570 split three ways)
