Everything is very convenient especially for those who work or study at the University of Miami (UM) since there is a University bus stop near by to go to Marine campus, Medical campus and Coral Gables Campus. I am a UM student and I prefer to find a UM roomate but I am open to other roommates. The room has a Queen size bed with desk and chair, so it is especially ideal for those who don't have their own furniture.
