Hi there, I'm looking for a roommate for the 2nd room in my ~900sq foot 2nd-floor apartment in Bushwick. Available Oct. 15 but flexible. Looking for someone at least 6 months or long term--You can be on the lease or not be on the lease, whatever you prefer.

Me: I'm a 30yo digital media manager. I work a lot, and if I'm not working I'm out of the house a little more than half the time. I like to paint and plan to do so in the common space. (Whoever moves in is welcome to use the space for their hobby as well ..if you like to box, I've got my eye on a new boxing bag...).
I'm looking for a roommate who is considerate, clean, open-minded, and straightforward. My biggest pet peeve is people being passive-aggressive (just above leaving hair in the drain or food in the kitchen drain catcher.) I like to clean every week and switch off weeks, but open to another system. I'm happy to be friends with my roommate or just friendly. I'm not into stoners or recreational drug use in the house, but I do love Belgian triples and a well-made mezcal old fashion.
I'm a pretty open book, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I'm terrible at these profile things.
Room:
The room is ~12"x14" with a double door mirror and high ceilings. It is unfurnished.
Space:
The common space is huge and can be used in many different ways, a conversation I'd be interested in having with anyone who moved in (or if you have no preference, that's cool too.) The area is big enough for cooking, eating, and seating space as well as a small office space or art area. There's plenty of room for your furniture -- but the apartment has everything we need if you're a light traveler.
Location:
Cute, quiet neighborhood near the Broadway Myrtle JMZ train. About 8min walk to the train, nearby bars, and grocery store. Rebecca's and Fine Time both have great outdoor seating :)

Big True Bedroom in Amazing Bushwick Apartment - 1 person looking for 1 roommate
Amazing space in Bushwick, with big true bedroom (12X14 + double door closet) and huge living room/kitchen. Partially furnished common spaces, unfurnished bedroom. Great light and great airflow. There is enough space for the kitchen, a living room space and dining space. There is also room for a small office or studio space (my preference). The bathroom to be renovated October 6th.
Great location, quiet and 6min from Myrtle Bway (MJZ), 10min to Morgan (L). 10min from grocery stores, or about an $8uber. At the same time, 5-10min walk from bars like Rebecca's and Fine Time. Best of both worlds for a young professional or busy artist who is social but needs to stay focused on work.
Looking for a young-midyear professional who is considerate, clean, collaborative, and down to earth. You are not passive-aggressive; you do not take yourself too seriously; you do not feel the need to be the top-dog in the house. You are an open-communicator and genuinely care about where you live and that the person you live with is comfortable being themselves at home--you want the same from your next roommate. You might eat edibles but you don't own a bong or smoke up every day. (Bonus points if you enjoy emo[post]punk, alternative rock and/or are a fan of Bo Jack Horseman, Rick & Morty and post-apocalyptic anything.)
