Spacious Apartment (Flatbush)

3 Bed (1 available)/ 2 Bath apartment in Flatbush with several great amenities! All bedrooms have a personal balcony or direct roof access with space to comfortably fit a full-size bed with other furniture. The room has 1 big closet, big windows with lots of light, and is $1,150/month. There's an in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a huge hall closet, central air, and a small gym in the basement. Packages are also secure!!

Speaking of light, the only downside to this apartment is that the shared space (living room and kitchen) has no windows, so it can be pretty dark if the bedroom doors aren't open. With both downstairs bedroom doors open, it has pretty good lighting and a wonderful cross-breeze. Apartment is furnished but open to a stylish change.

As one of the current roommates, I do have 2 cats. Both are sweethearts and love to cuddle, but they are here to stay. Roommates must be pet-friendly! I'm open to other pets, but would prefer to keep them minimal and they have to play well with others.

Otherwise, please just be respectful, and communicative with good energy, and MUST KEEP THE SPACE CLEAN. I'm not obsessive about cleaning but definitely firm about having a clean and tidy shared space.
