T G - $600/month

It's just me, my cat, my snake who doesn't do much, and my belongings. I have 6 peices of furniture total that are light enough I can almost move them on my own fully assembled, and everything can fit in a 10ftx10ft room.
I'm a quiet roommate, and will spend 90% of my time in my room to avoid social anxieties unless interaction is encouraged or invited.
I always clean up after myself and do my best to be considerate of others in the house.
If you have pets, I will be more than happy to pet sit or provide free grooming services!
I'm a dog groomer, and usually make between $300-$600 a week, though i'm currently in a tough spot between jobs and need somewhere I can start off cheap and build up to a higher rent price if needed.
