Looking for 3rd Roommate in Clinton Hill

Hello,

My roommate Miles and I have been living in a 3-bedroom apartment at 525 Clinton Ave for the past year and have really enjoyed it. Our third roommate is moving out to move-in with his girlfriend so we are looking for someone to replace him for September 1st, 2025.

The apartment has a dishwasher and an in-unit washer and dryer. Our common space is furnished and you would share a washroom with Miles. The building also has a doorman, elevator, gym, lounge space with a pool table, and a rooftop with a barbeque. Our unit is on the 4th floor and the building is within half a block of the C train (Clinton-Washington Station).

Miles is from New Jersey and has lived in New York the past several years and I'm from Toronto, and have lived in New York for the past year. We enjoy doing social activities together from time to time and we like to keep the apartment clean.

Rent will be negotiated with the landlord upon signing, but the current rent for the third room is $2,320/month with one month free, so net $2,125/month.
