Hi everyone! My name is Viridiana and I’m currently looking for a roommate to move in with me in my current 2bed/2bath apartment. The bedroom will be available starting on September.

-Monthly rent: $1080 + utilities (usually about ~$130/person)
-Location: North Dallas off 75 highway
-Common areas are furnished
-What I love about this apartment: located on 1st floor, gated parking, stainless steel amenities, digital door lock, concrete floor and no carpet on bedrooms, oversized balcony, washer/dryer and valet trash. Also, there’s a nice gym and a nice pool.
-Easy access to 75, within minutes from Traders Joe’s, Tom Thumb, CVS, North-park mall

I’m a very genuine and kindhearted single 28-years-old. I’m currently working full time as a house manager/nanny. I graduated with a kinesiology degree from Texas Women’s University.
