3 people looking for one more roommate to share our house in Mountain View near Palo Alto.

The Location:
- A quiet street near Rengstorff and Middlefield in Mountain View, minutes from 101.
- Walking distance to Google and LinkedIn, along with a supermarket, and plenty of restaurants and stores.

The House:
- House, complete with a small backyard, a driveway, and a garage, which we mostly use for hanging out and working on projects.
- Built ten years ago.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Plenty of parking in the on the street.
- 1 mile from Cal Train.

The room is downstairs next to the kitchen. It’s about 120 square feet, along with a small closet. It will fit a queen-sized bed and a desk with a little room to spare (bed and desk currently in room. Can be included if you’d like). It's right next to the downstairs bathroom, which will be 90% yours (the rest of us don't really use it, but it's the only bathroom downstairs).

There’s also plenty of storage in the rest of the house, including a closet in the entranceway and a Harry Potter closet beneath the stairs.

The Roommates:
- T, male, early 30s, is a lovable goof who builds stuff at a self-driving car company and enjoys staying active and surfing on the weekends.
- K, male, early 30s, is a wisecracking homebody who works in design at a tech company and writes screenplays in his free time.
- R, female, early 20s, works at an education technology company and in non-COVID times likes to balance going out with staying in.

Finding a good culture fit is important. You don’t have to be our new best friend, but we want to live with someone who is chill to be around and chat with in passing. We’re pretty low key, and do our own thing. This isn’t a party house. Everyone is chill, but we’re past the partying. We're looking for someone who can commit to a year, or maybe a little less.

COVID:
I'd say we're in the middle of the spectrum when it comes to our COVID response. Some of us are more paranoid or loose than others, but we aren't having any people over (save for the odd social distancing hang on the porch) and we wear masks in public. So long as you're not careless or extremely paranoid, it should be fine.

Cleanliness:
We try to keep things relatively clean, but we’re far from perfect. We’re generally the type to clean every week. We do have a Roomba though.

Guest policy:
We're not having people over during COVID. Outside of COVID, we try to tell each other if someone is coming over, but it’s usually not a big deal.

Rules:
- We’re 420 friendly, but no hard drugs.
- Tobacco use is okay outside.
- No pets, sorry.
- Utilities are about $100 a month.
