I would be the only roommate you would have unless you count my two beautiful kitties (unfortunately there are only 2 pets allowed per apartment)! I am a kind, considerate, queer, non-binary, Covid conscious individual. I love cheese, D&D games, music/singing and mutual aid. I have ADHD and narcolepsy so I am scatterbrained and sleepy but I am cleanly and decently organized. I will respect you and communicate with you about things and I expect the same in return. Just looking for someone cool (preferably aged 24-32) that also isn’t trying to pay a million dollars to have a roof over their head. Ideally, we’d be friends and could hang! ☺️

A 12x11 room in a nice little apartment including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, central air/heat and a cute little balcony! Please note that you would be signing onto the lease. The apartment complex has a picnic area and a swimming pool. The complex is on the other side of a Walmart Neighborhood Market and gas station as well as being located near the highway and several shopping and restaurant options. The only additional fees to worry about are the application fee of $50 and $40 a month for water, sewer, gas, trash, pest control, lawn care, and snow removal. We would be in charge of taking care of internet and electricity. Pictures are from website, will update soon.
