Hello there!

I'm Nickey (she/they) and I've been living in this place for about a year and a half. Current roomie is moving out at the end of december and I need a new awesome person to take her spot! I'm currently at SAIT for Graphic Design and working retail/customer service. I love art and plants, so maximalist is definitely the style in the apartment. Painting the walls, hanging stuff up, and otherwise making the place yours is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED!!! Things might be a bit cluttered around here but its clean and my candle collection means it always smells great. I tend to more of a quiet/house mouse roomie, but I'm always down for a chat sesh in the kitchen! We're allowed pets but the place is a bit small so keep that in mind for your fur babies needs. Pet friendly, queer-friendly, and cannabis friendly apartment (building is no smoking). We have in-suite laundry and a Nespresso machine, plus shared rooftop access for a great view! Current lease lasts until september 2026, and possibility of signing for another year after that.
