I have a 2bd/2ba house in Spring Valley. The house has a large backyard which is good for dogs. We also can take cats as well.

I have a private room (Garage) & private full bathroom upstairs for the new roommates use. Rent and utilities in total is only $1500 a month.

I currently live with my husband and my 8 month son. I hope this does not tear ur decision away from us. Our house is your house. My husband and I are 30 & 31 years old and we are very chill and friendly.
