Looking for a sublet for my 2 bedroom apartment at Apex West Midtown, that has the potential to be a long-term lease.
I am a young professional that works 8-6pm M-F. I am looking for roommate to sublease the second bedroom until December 2020. (It is available now, but August/ September move-in is OK). If the sublease goes well, I am open to extending the lease.
I am looking for a roommate that is very clean, lives a balanced lifestyle, and has a good job (Preferably in a STEM-field or medical field).
About me:
- I'm a runner.
- I have a yoga membership and spend a lot of time at the local studio in Midtown.
- I cook 1-3 x per week, normally I eat all my meals at work (pre-COVID).
- I am very clean. The apartment always looks like the pictures, except maybe a blanket out or some shoes on the floor.
