The kitchen is also available with Refrigerator, 2 microwaves, 2 confection ovens, dishes, pots, silverware and pantry area to share.
Linen and Towels are provided. Room has a Roku Tv and it includes Internet and utilities (gas, electricity and water)

This room doesn't come with parking in the driveway but street parking is available. The Marta bus is located across the street. Stores are only a few blocks away. This is near a High School.

Schledge locks with your own private code. Outside Cameras because owner doesn't live there and we want to keep the home safe.

Please clean behind yourself, this is a clean home and the common areas are sanitized monthly.

We do prefer a Male because their are other men already living in the home.

Owner is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, originially from New York, I have been living in Georgia for almost 30 years. My background is Hair Salon owner and Real Estate Investor. I enjoy
