This is a great, lively area; walking distance to great markets (i.e. The Turnip Truck, Whole Foods), amazing restaurants, bars, + cafes.

Fashion + Portrait Photographer + Casting Director - Do alot of times work at home. Sometimes may shoot small portraits (usually only 1 model) within the space; as it should be accommodating. Happy to keep a schedule with you so to make sure you are comfortable and aware.
Smoker, but never smoke within unit.

Looking For Someone who is very easy going, reliable, clean, financially stable and down to earth.

The monthly rent is $1150 + utilities (average cost $50-60 per month). Little things like toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, etc. are expected to be divided evenly.

Ideally No Pets, but open to discuss.
