This beautiful room brags a queen bed and a chandelier. It looks out into backyard gardens and stays quiet. The chimney was exposed and shelves built into it, giving the room character and extra storage. The room has a decent sized closet, a small dresser, and a table for your laptop. The queen sized bed has a bed frame made out of an antique reclaimed door.

The room is located on the top floor of a townhouse. The common area has 15 foot ceilings (about 4.5 meters) and two skylights. It has Dish TV, an island with stools, a full kitchen and a second table. It is shared with 2 other rooms that typically also have long term Airbnb guests. My office is in the attic but you probably won't see that much of me.

The house is located about 6 minutes away from the J Halsey stop. There is a Citibike dock across the street. The L train is about a 15 minute walk away at Wilson or Halsey. The B26 bus 4 blocks away can get you there in about 5 minutes. The MY MTA app will tell you when it's coming. There is laundry across the street at the Dayflower Laundromat and there are 4 delis within a block.

There is also a front pergola area for hanging out until around midnight.

The bar Petra is a block away. Caffeine Underground and the Platform are a couple blocks away. Many other bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk.

Couples are ok for another $200 more per month.

Utilities are a flat $100/month and not only include cable internet/tv and electricity but virtually everything else - trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper and more.
