I'm looking to move in by 9/8/21 at the absolute latest. I open to an 8-month lease, but would prefer 12 months.

I am a very respectful, clean and organized roommate who is eager to find a room to rent in Manhattan!

Looking for:
-Manhattan (105th Street or below)
-Subways within 10-minute walk
-Room must have a closet
-Laundry must be in the building or in the unit
