Available Room for Rent

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO MOVE IN MAY!!

My name is Alastor (He/Him, FTM, 23 y/o) and my Roommates name is Sarah (she/her, bisexual, 26y/o) and we are looking for a 3rd roommate to move in sometime in May! We are looking for someone who is LGBT+ friendly, can move in by May, moderately clean, a full time job, and a good credit score.

Your rent would be around $700 a month and around $70 for electric/cable. We have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave.. all the good stuff lol. You would be sharing a bathroom with Sarah!

Move in costs would be $50 for application fee, $250 to be added onto the lease, and May's rent ($700).

Our apartment is gated and our locks are electric (so no keys!). There are 3 pools, a patio area, a laundry mat, a gym, and a lounge area in the complex.

The only pets here are my cat, Nico, and my spotted leopard gecko, Delta (we would prefer no more pets).
