Im looking for a quiet, organized and clean roomie, Im barely home cause I work, I like cats,its allowed in the apartment if its a service cat (emocional support) its a requirement for the building association, if youre interested you will need to bring your bed since my current roomie had his own and shes leaving, it has a nice view from the balcony...central AC,wifi (not included in the rent payment) youre not obligated to have it...close to the supermarkets,beach, pharmacy,restaurants,etc..easy access to the public transpotation ...available move in from December 25,2025
