I have a two story house to rent in North Austin close to the intersection of Desau Road and Howard Lane. The whole community is a new construction around year-2024, and all houses in the community are equipped with Ring-digital security systems like doorbell+camera, etc. and hence zero crime during the last two years. Has community swimming pool also. Most of the homes are owned by young married professionals and hence very quiet and peaceful community.

My house is at a cul-de-sac at the end of a small street which has is no thru-traffic. Hence, very peaceful environment for work from home or study.

My house has four bedrooms. On the first floor, the master bedroom with attached bathroom, kitchen, family room (hall), utility room and a half-bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a hall that can be used as a common area. Central air-conditioning that has separate controls for first floor and second floor. Has built-in gas cooking-range, modern refrigerator, and washer and dryer. It has a two-car garage opening to the front of the house.

Only the master bedroom and kitchen is used by me. The first-floor bedrooms are never occupied or used, as I am a single person and I didn't want any roommates.

I am now moving to the State of Alabama for work effective from August-25th, 2025 and I don't want to sell the house. Hence, I am looking for a responsible lady, preferably working in the technical field and working from home, to be in charge of the house. Either have the whole house to herself if she can afford it ($2500 per month). Or bring her friends or other persons as roommates so that all rooms can be occupied and the rent can be split between them.
