Hi,
I have a few rooms to rent in my house. Two rooms are like Jack and Jill with a shared bathroom.

I can also rent out the master bedroom but that will be little bit higher in rent.

The house has two floor, the rooms are on upper floor. The rooms are spacious with queen bed already installed and walkin closets in each room.

The community has a pool , gym , spa, tennis courts and pickle ball courts.

I am looking to have quiet room mates, no parties or heaving drinking or smooking is allowed as I might have my parents and kids visiting too.

The house has a nice backyard with many trees . You can barbecue if you want to.
