Hi!

My lease recently ended and I am looking for a new apartment/roomies beginning JANUARY 1. Hoping for 1-2 roommates and looking to be in lower Manhattan (E/W/Greenwich Village, Soho, Noho, LES). Budget approx $1,500.

I work a lot and am always busy - partially from home, partially in person. Need a quiet living situation during the day and on weeknights. I work in Social Media Marketing in the beauty industry.

I am extremely clean and absolutely need someone who is the same. I also love interior design and it's important to me to create a beautiful home :)

I would love to be friends with the person/people I'm living with and really value a comfortable, safe, fun, happy living space.

When I'm not working I'm probably taking a really long much-needed walk, getting dinner or drinks with my friends, at pilates, cooking something fun, at a museum or art gallery, watching a cheesy movie, finding a new way to be creative...

Born in NY and raised between here and San Francisco.

I am vaccinated (and boosted!) and looking for someone who is also. Very covid safe.
