Hi! I'm a senior swf. I have a graduate degree and teach part-time/on-line at a local university. I also do contract research and data analysis. Since my schedule varies, I alternate between being a night owl and an early riser. I like to cook occasionally - usually special occasions - but most often I just microwave, since I'm only cooking for one. I am a non-smoker, and prefer a non-smoking roommate. I’m neat, open-minded, and respectful of privacy and personal space. I'm also very quiet - I do not play loud music or tv. I spend most of my time in my room, working on my computer. I'm looking for a month-to-month arrangement, as I'm reluctant to commit to a long-term lease with someone I have never met. I also need workspace for my laptop and printer.
