Located midway between Denton and Frisco, a 2,000 square foot house with one of two bedrooms available to rent. You’ll have your own bathroom and closet, access to the kitchen, washer, dryer and whatever home gym stuff I get for the garage. My son will be with me on the weekends, so you need to be okay with that. Other than that, we’re pretty easygoing, just please clean up after yourself! No smoking of any kind.
