Available Room for Rent
One Room Open in my 2BR/2BA Apartment
Looking for a responsible, stable roommate to share my 2BD/2BR starting late September or early October. The master is available, but rent is more. Room is unfurnished but if that's an issue, we can figure something out. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, right off A1A near Burns Rd. There's a ton of amenities: gym, tennis courts, pools, dog parks, self-serve car wash/vacuum station, etc. Cats allowed (I have one, see pic 😊), possibly dogs, no couples. You must have an income and your own transportation. Would prefer a female student or working professional over 25.
The pics aren't great because we're currently moving my old roommate's stuff out. I will be putting in new furniture and decorations as well.
